Very close to local amenities, felt safe in the area. Staff helpful and polite when room changes were requested.

I had to change rooms since the cigarettes smell. was unbearable. My new room was okay so have designated rooms away from non smoking clients. some react to cigarettes and others do not want to be secondary smokers
